LEGGERA is a collection of accessories in pure silk muslin inspired by the visual world and mythology of great cycling in the 1970s and 1980s.

It originates from a simple, functional object: the scarf once worn by cyclists to protect themselves from wind, dust and sun.

A simple object. Almost humble. Born for performance.

LEGGERA reinterprets its sporting origins. Sport and elegance meet.

The collection is composed of 45×45 carrés, 90×90 carrés, twillies and rectangular scarves. Different formats, different functions. One shared idea of lightness and elegance.
The 45×45 carré can be worn around the neck, around the wrist or in the hair, where it can be tied as a chouchou. The 90×90 carré reinterprets the iconic scarf tied around the head. The twilly can be worn around the neck, around the wrist or tied to the handles of a handbag. The rectangular scarves extend these possibilities further: around the neck, over the shoulders, tied as a belt or worn as light stoles.

The entire LEGGERA collection is created through a unique production chain in the heart of Lombardy's historic silk district. The silk undergoes the water treatments required to degum and refine the fibre, preserving its purity, softness and exceptional quality.

The choice of silk muslin stems from the search for a natural elegance that expresses its quality not through shine, but through lightness, texture and movement. Its open weave gives it a matte, tactile appearance that may seem understated at first glance. Yet the moment it is held in the hand, it reveals its true nature: remarkable softness, weightless lightness and a fluidity that follows every movement.

Once prepared, the silk muslin is traditionally silkscreen printed in Como before each piece is cut, sewn and hand-finished in Saronno, just twenty kilometres away.
