The tote bag 54 Speciale Polka Dot is the metamorphosis of the cyclists’ musette into a handbag.
Inspired by the iconic Polka Dot jersey of the Tour de France — white with red dots — it reinterprets a graphic code created to distinguish the best climbers through volume, rhythm and contrast.
Handcrafted in Italy from durable Italian cotton canvas, each piece is assembled from elements sourced from different production bags, making every creation unique.
Volume, balance, precision. The structured base and short handles transform the musette into a new handbag silhouette.
Inside, one large pocket and five dividers in Tyvek® organize space with lightness and precision.
The front dossard in Tyvek® is one of cycling's most iconic symbols: a simple race number pinned to the back of a rider's jersey, identifying each competitor throughout the race. Superleggero reinterprets it as an interchangeable element applied to the bag.
Each bag comes with two Tyvek® dossards. The remaining five numbers in the series can be purchased separately, allowing countless different combinations.
